European Delivery
We offer European shipping with a time frame of: 1-5 working days.
For orders sent to the EU, customs, duties, and local taxes may apply. As the importer of goods into the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs, duties, and local taxes at the time of delivery.
Rest of the World
We offer global shipping with a time frame of: 5-7 working days.
For international orders, customs, duties, and local taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these fees at the time of delivery.
Collection from Morgan
If you’re local to our official Morgan merchandise shop in Malvern, or planning to visit soon, you’re very welcome to collect your online order in store.
Simply select the ‘Store Pickup’ option at checkout. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm will be ready for collection the following day.
Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be available to collect from Monday.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Please note that collection times may be affected by bank holidays.
Exchanges & RETURNS
Exchange & Returns
At Morgan, we strive to make the exchange or return process as seamless as possible. We understand the importance of selecting the perfect garment or gift and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you find that your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know right away. We’re happy to assist with an exchange for a different size, colour and style or, provide a refund if necessary.

Exchange your purchase

Important information
Items must be returned to us unused with all Morgan Motor Company tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. We do not cover the cost of returns or exchanges unless the goods are faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return in the event proof of postage is required. If you’re based outside the UK, taxes and duties are applicable. It can take up to 10 working days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. Don’t worry though, as we will send you an email when your return is completed. Any refund processed to a credit or debit card will appear on your statement within 5-7 working days from the date it was processed. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations, our returns period for refunds and exchanges is 28 days.
Refunds and Currency Conversion
We are unable to control or reimburse any differences caused by exchange rates or external bank fees. All refunds are processed for the amount originally received in GBP. If your payment was made in a different currency, the refunded amount in your currency may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank or card provider. Any shipping costs charged at the time of purchase will be refunded only if applicable under our returns policy.
